免费1年JetBrains全家桶后续：部分用户收到通知保留订阅 部分用户被取消

早前编程开发工具开发商 JetBrains 向特定用户群提供优惠码可以免费兑换 1 年的 JetBrains 全部产品使用权，但这个优惠码被泄露到网上后大量用户也成功兑换了 1 年订阅。

事后这家开发商称原本兑换码是为 SQL Bits London 2025 参会者准备的，在发现兑换码被泄露到网上后立即终止了兑换，但此时已经有很多不符合要求的用户完成兑换。

从昨天开始部分参与此次兑换的用户陆续收到 JetBrains 发送的邮件，好消息是部分用户成功保留订阅并且在明年到期时还可以优惠续费，坏消息是部分用户的订阅被取消且可能账户都会被直接终止。

在电子邮件通知中 JetBrains 表示：

我们很高兴地通知您，您使用 DataGrip2025 促销代码激活的所有产品包或 DataGrip 许可证将保持激活状态，您不需要采取任何行动。

该促销代码最初是在最近的一次会议上分享的，面向的受众有限。然而，它很快就在网上传播开来，这充分表明开发者对 JetBrains 工具的喜爱，虽然它的传播范围超过我们的预期，但它也提醒了我们社区中令人难以置信的热情。

被取消订阅的通知则是这样的：

从邮件通知来看似乎正常注册的账号并使用优惠券兑换的订阅是可以继续被保留的，但如果用户在注册过程中使用明显错误的姓名则可能会被认为是虚假注册，这种情况下有可能会被直接封禁帐户。

所以如果用户收到通知后建议去修改自己的账户信息，尽可能保证账户信息都是正确的，比如听起来更合理的姓和名，或许这有助于解决问题避免账户被直接封禁。

According to the JetBrains Account Agreement, you may not provide us with incorrect information and you are obligated to keep your personal information up to date.

Unfortunately, we’ve detected irregularities in your subscription details. Specifically, the name or domain registration associated with your JetBrains Account appears to be invalid.

As a result, your JetBrains Account and access to the free subscription have been temporarily suspended. If the account irregularities are not resolved within 7 days, we will terminate our JetBrains Account Agreement along with your JetBrains Account.
